Agota’s Aesthetic & Massage – Where Your Skin Becomes the Priority
At Agota’s Aesthetic & Massage, everything begins with you.
Not a routine. Not a template. Not a rushed appointment.
Here, your skin is understood before it is treated.
Every visit is a personalised experience designed around your skin’s current condition, your goals, and even how you feel that day. Whether your concern is sensitivity, acne, dehydration, or the visible signs of aging, the focus is always the same: restoring balance, strength, and natural beauty from within.
You won’t just receive a treatment — you’ll receive a plan.
A clear, results-driven journey that supports your skin not only during your appointment, but long after you leave.
This is where advanced skincare meets deep relaxation.
Where high-performance ingredients and technologies work in harmony with touch, care, and attention to detail — so your skin can function better, look healthier, and feel truly renewed.
Because real beauty is not created.
It’s revealed — when your skin is finally given exactly what it needs.

Alipic Skin
Alipic Skin – Characteristics, Symptoms & Treatment
Alipic skin, often referred to as “dry skin,” is characterized by insufficient sebum production.
This lack of natural oils leads to a dull, rough texture, tightness, and a tendency to flake.
The skin often appears fragile, thin, and may show early fine lines due to its reduced protective barrier.
Symptoms:
Lack of natural shine
Rough or scaly surface
Tight, uncomfortable feeling
Prone to sensitivity and irritation
Recommended Treatment:
Alipic skin requires rich, nourishing care to restore comfort and protection. Treatments should include products with lipid-replenishing ingredients, natural oils, ceramides, and moisturizing agents such as hyaluronic acid. Gentle exfoliation, followed by deeply hydrating masks and protective creams, helps rebuild the skin barrier and improve elasticity. Regular professional moisturizing facials are also highly beneficial.

Acne Prone Skin
ABOUT ACNE
⚠️Acne is one of the most common and frustrating skin problems in the world, which, contrary to popular belief, does not only affect teenagers.
☝️Causes of acne (deeper vs. immediate)
there are deeper and more immediate causes for the development of acne (and generally everything :)).
☝️By direct causes we mean what happens specifically on the skin, so the action of P. acnes bacteria, for example, is a direct cause.
☝️But why P. acnes bacteria are bad on your stock and not on someone else's skin usually has some "deeper" reason, like the hormonal cause is a common, deeper cause.
⚠️What happens when an inflamed acne develops on the skin is a very similar process for everyone.
an acne cream or active ingredient will somehow hinder this process.
☹️It doesn't matter your age, whether you're a teenager or an adult!
😞The deeper causes, however, can vary, and unfortunately it is not always possible to find out what they are.
☝️In addition to the acne skin care routine, lifestyle / diet changes can provide a nice improvement.
So let's see some of the most common deeper reasons (many of which may apply to someone unfortunately ...):
❗️Hormonal: The most common deep cause associated with the androgen and insulin hormones.
A typical symptom is that your skin condition deteriorates significantly before menstruation, or if you have had a hormone test, the androgen hormone tends to be in the upper (but still normal!) Range, while the estrogen is in the lower range.
⚠️ This type of acne can also be significantly influenced by diet.
❗️Inflammatory:
More than normal levels of inflammation in the body can cause acne, which is surprisingly often associated with intestinal health.
If you often feel uncomfortable after meals, have constipation, or have diarrhea, and have acne on your skin, you may have a connection.
❗️Stress acne: If your skin always gets worse during the exam period, or as an adult, for example, when you are in stress at work, this is a big factor for you.
⚠️Acne caused by physical irritation:
This is an easily recognizable and manageable type, occurring where there is regular physical irritation, rubbing.
For example, in the winter, under your cap on your forehead, under your backpack strap, and so on. The thing is resolved if physical irritation is eliminated.
⚠️Hypersensitivity to make-up, irritant ingredients or, in rare cases, to certain foods; other allergy or medication.
☝️It is worth understanding the process of developing acne as it will help you to retard the process.
☝️These are the main steps:
The pores are clogged: The inside of the pores is peeled just like the surface of the skin, but for skin types prone to acne, this peeling process is not oiled enough and the uneven peeling cells tend to adhere to each other.
What Is Seborrhea Sicca?
Seborrhea Sicca, also known as dry seborrhea, is a skin condition where the skin produces too much oil, yet still appears dry, flaky, or rough. This is because the skin barrier is weakened and cannot properly retain moisture, even though the sebaceous glands are overactive.
It is most common on the face, scalp, and chest, and can cause:
Dry, tight skin that still looks shiny or oily
Flakiness or fine white scales, especially around the nose, eyebrows, hairline, and chin
Occasional redness or irritation
Clogged pores or mild breakouts
✅ Good news: With the right skincare routine, seborrhea sicca can be greatly improved. The key is to regulate sebum production, fight dehydration, and rebuild the skin’s protective barrier.
🔍 Why Does This Condition Happen?
Several factors can contribute to seborrhea sicca, such as:
Hormonal imbalance
Incorrect skincare routine – harsh cleansers, alcohol-based toners, over-exfoliation
Cold or windy weather
Stress
Genetics
Unlike typical oily or dry skin, seborrhea sicca requires a balanced approach – not just oil control, but also deep hydration and barrier repair.

My Professional Tip
Avoid foaming cleansers and alcohol-based toners that can make the dryness worse. Look for products with ceramides, hyaluronic acid, niacinamide, and mild fruit acids. Using a balanced skincare routine is the most effective way to transform dry-but-oily skin into soft, radiant, and healthy skin.
